Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the BLUE NILE luxury transportation services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
2.2. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
2.3. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or message from BLUE NILE.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled service receive a 50% refund.
3.3. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash (for certain services).
4.2. For corporate accounts, invoicing terms will be specified in the corporate agreement.
4.3. All prices are in Norwegian Krone (NOK) unless otherwise specified.
5. Service Standards
5.1. BLUE NILE strives to provide the highest quality of service at all times.
5.2. Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and certified.
5.3. All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and mechanical condition.
6. Passenger Conduct
6.1. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward the chauffeur and the vehicle.
6.2. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
6.3. BLUE NILE reserves the right to terminate service without refund if a passenger's behavior is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or poses a safety risk.
7. Luggage and Personal Items
7.1. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
7.2. BLUE NILE is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
7.3. Please inform us in advance if you have special luggage requirements.
8. Delays and Wait Times
8.1. For airport pickups, 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included after the flight's actual arrival time.
8.2. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.
8.3. Additional waiting time will be charged according to our current rates.
9. Force Majeure
BLUE NILE shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, weather conditions, traffic conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. BLUE NILE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service.
10.2. BLUE NILE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
12. Changes to Terms
BLUE NILE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these terms.
